How to use the platform

Here you'll find how to get around the Virtual Classroom, what kind of materials you'll come across, the basic rules of use, and how to contact your tutor or technical support.

1. Find your way around

Tap each icon to see what you'll find

The platform is organised into four areas. Expand each one to see what it contains.

Virtual Classroom
  • This is the screen you see right after logging in (your Dashboard).
  • Here you'll see your courses with their progress, the Timeline and the Calendar.
  • Top right: notifications (bell) and messages (speech bubble).

→ Go to the Virtual Classroom

Course
  • Each course is divided into sections: General, Before you start, Communication, Content Modules, Assessment, Certificate and Credits.
  • At the top you'll see your progress (%) and a green tick on each completed section.
  • Sections shown in a lighter colour are locked until you finish the previous one.
Profile
  • Click on your name or avatar (top right) to edit your details.
  • Make sure your email and time zone (Europe/Madrid) are correct.
  • Remember to log out if you use a shared computer.
Help
  • Check the FAQ first: your question may already be answered there.
  • You can also check Getting Started and how to use Moodle on your phone.
  • Questions about content → your tutor. Technical issues → this section.
